Bob made a motion to accept the Treasurer's report, seconded by Corinna. Approved unanimously.
Minutes from June 13, 2012: Jim made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Bob. Approved unanimously.
Old Business:
JC Revitalization Program: Julie and Marcia updated the others on the ten selected projects for the Main Street Program.
Raffle fundraiser: Nick collected money from those who had sold tickets and Julie collected the ticket stubs. We will continue selling them until we have the drawing on Carousel Day.
Carousel Day: Julie reviewed the volunteer schedule for the day and advised where more help will be needed. She informed us of who would be responsible for specific areas. Clean-up for the Park will be Friday night, July 20 from 6-8PM. We will be picking up litter and hanging sponsor banners on the tennis court fence. Tents will be set up on Friday.
New Business:
A group of RA's from Binghamton University want to do a clean-up or some other project in JC on Thursday, Aug 23. We will see if anyone is available to supervise this project.
