Meeting called to order at 7:10PM
Minutes from April and May: Julie noted a correction in the May minutes. The banners will be on the fences in the park, not the benches. A motion was made by Jim to accept the minutes from both months with the correction. Seconded by Bob and approved unanimously.
Reports: Treasurers report from Nick Tarcha.
The Checking account has $3597.14
There is a $250 bill from Clearchannel radio that needs to be paid
We received $100 from the Elks for 2011 Carousel Day. Julie said this check should be deposited in the savings account. (Park Fund)
The Park Fund has $1423
Bob made a motion to accept the Treasurer's report, seconded by Jim. Approved unanimously.
Old Business:
Raffle fundraiser: Nick collected money from those who had sold tickets and Julie collected the ticket stubs. Equinox Radio took some tickets to sell. Julie and Corinna may go to BU to try to sell some. Anyone needing more tickets, contact Julie. We will continue selling them until we have the drawing on Carousel Day.
Carousel Day: Julie reported that 6 people from Windsor have volunteered to help us.
We will be having a Treasure Dig game for the kids, which will be a fundraiser for JC Partners.
Julie sent around sign up sheets for the various duties.
We have received checks from all of the sponsors for Carousel Day and $400 for Program Ads. The printer for the programs is Pro-Care on Charlotte St in Binghamton.
We will have some classic and Antique cars on display. Pleasant Hill Stables will be offering pony rides for a fee around the ball field.
Tom Novobilski has agreed to be the Safety Officer to check health and food permits and safety of the tents.
FASST will have a free space to demonstrate painting and a paid spot where artists can sell their artwork.
Corinna will ask if Goodwill Theater wants to participate in the History Tent.
Advertising: Clear Channel and Equinox will be running ads for Carousel Day. We are supposed to be having a feature article in the Good Times section of the newspaper. We need to get posters to Binghamton, Endicott and other areas. We have posters and rack cards to help promote the event.
Cleanup events: We received a letter from the Visions Branch Manager regarding the Downtown cleanup day on May 20th. The Visions employees were not pleased with their experience, so the branch manager said they will not volunteer in the future. Julie wrote a letter in response, thanking them for their participation.

JC Revitalization Program: Julie, Bob and Marcia updated the others on the ten selected projects for the Main Street Program.
New Business:
The new Save-a-Lot Supermarket will have a grand opening on July 27th.
There will be a Farmer's Market at the Home Depot parking lot on Thursdays and Sundays from 10-2.
