Collection of Conflict of interest forms – collected from all present, need to collect Corinna’s

 

Reading and approval of the February 12, 2014 meeting minutes: Motion to approve as amended: Jim

Treasury Report:Marcia- February 12, 2014 report revised as follows:

                                             Checking $587.05

                     Savings    $ 2,403.63

 

                     March 19, 2014:

                     Checking $1,641.89

                     Savings $2,403.63

Committee Reports:

 

Membership: Barb-nothing to report

Cruize-Inz: Julie reported for Corinna- 2 sponsors checks have been received. Corinna continues to work on bands and has a tentative booking for May 15- We’re still looking for sponsorships and also a food vendor to be on site. Corina has some raffle items and we are going to sell basket raffle tickets this year.

Carousel Day: Julie- All 2013 sponsors will be supporting us again this year. We need to find more vendors for the day. Barb has created a poster to reach out to artisans to display in the community.

NY Main Street Design Review Committee: Marcia- 257 Main St is waiting on awnings

 

Old Business:

Irish Festival Fundraiser Report: Julie- Julie, Donna and Barb worked the event. Attendance was low and  proceeds were on $98.54

JC Revitalization Program Update: Julie- three projects are in for reimbursement: 237, 247 and 284 Main St. We are waiting on invoices for 209 and 257 Main St.

 

New Business:

Your Home Library Fundraiser March Bake Sale went over well and brought in $83. We also sold $12 in raffle tickets.  $10 donated to Friends of the Library for allowing us to share the venue.

Volunteer Fair Wednesday April 9, 12:00- 3:00 at Oakdale Mall: Julie- Barb and Marcia agreed to staff a display for Carousel Day and Cruze Inz volunteer outreach.

JCHS Post Prom donation request-Julie: tabled until next month
