Approval of April 15, 2015 minutes- Motion: Corinna; Second: Julie, approved as corrected
May 13 minutes distributed for review and to be acted on at next meeting
Treasurer’s Report- held due to absence of treasurer
Membership Committee- Barb: calls are being made to arrange volunteers for Carousel Day and Cruze Inz
Third Thursday Cruze Inz- Corinna: 50/50 Raffle was well received at the May event. We will continue it at other Cruze Inz. All bands are set with the addition of McStine & Kanazawich for July.
Carousel Day Committee- Julie: Rack cards and posters have been ordered and are being distributed. A wide variety of activities and entertainment have been arranged. We have secured ponies, trains, food vendors, crafts, business groups, bands, a ventriloquist, juggler, and magician. Letter of solicitation to businesses for basket donations was reviewed and approved. Donna will be coordinating baskets.
Master Gardeners Plan Presentation Follow-up- Financial resources are limited, but we hope to plant a few
trees this fall.
Constitution Pipeline Community Grant- Our application was denied
Cruze-Inz- The next event will be Thursday, June 18 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Volunteers should arrive at
4:30 pm. There is going to be a lot clean up Wednesday, June 17. The featured band will be Toy Box
1 to 2 volunteers are needed for the garage sale that has been changed to June 20 from 8:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Our next Regular Meeting will be held Wednesday July 8 @7:00 pm at Village Hall
