Reading and approval of the September 10, 2014 meeting minutes: Motion to approve :Corinna
Previous month’s minutes need to be corrected and submitted to Jim Furman so they can be posted on the JCP website.
Treasury Report:Marcia- Checking $1,668.77
Savings $ 2,984.86

A portion of the money from the Cruze-Inz Raffles will be used to start a Revitalization Savings Account. Any member seeking donations should contact Julie for approval before approaching a business or organization.
Third Thursday Cruize-Inz Committee: Good feedback from bands. Two bands are interested in returning again next year.
Membership Committee: Barb will be making phone calls to remind people of clean up dates
Carousel Day Committee: Julie- We may need to look at the quantity programs next year. Cost for 600 was $75 and 250 were not handed out.
NY Main Street Design Review Committee:Marcia/Julie- Annual inspection of 14 Willow is complete. Small directional signs will be installed soon.
JC Revitalization Program Update: Julie- The awning is up on 257 Main Street
Everyone has been reimbursed. The State Office of Community Renewal will be visiting on November 14 to monitor the NYS Main Street Grant. There is much that needs to be done to complete the file work.
Webmaster Search: Jim Furman is still doing our website updates. We need to find someone else to do it as he is stepping down from the board.
Updates: Our 501(c)(3) has been approved retroactive to May 15, 2010. Johnson City Partners was nominated for the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce 2014 Advocate of the Year Award by Amy Cook. Julie submitted the application and the winner will be recognized on November 18.
2014 Carousel Day & Cruze-In Volunteer of the Year: Recipients were discussed and chosen
CFJ Park Master Gardener help- Barb has been in touch with Cornell Cooperative Extension. Julie will review plans and be back in touch with Barb.
Stakeholders’ Meeting: Marcia- the idea was held until a later meeting
Rescheduled Downtown Clean-up date: Saturday, October 18, 9am- 12 noon; Raindate: Saturday, October 25
Meet behind Village Hall for assignments, tools, gloves and bags
Additional Comments: Julie is looking into the Maines Give Back Program. She will meet with them
Our next Regular Meeting will be held Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 7:00 pm at Village Hall.
