Attendees:       Donna Converse, Corinna Johnson, Rob Egan, Barbara Thompson, Tammy Pornbeck, Julie Deemie, Carol Cass, Dai Korba

Meeting called to order at 7:04pm by Donna

Dai presented Johnson City grant updates.  Dai requested a Letter of Support from JCP.  Dai will send letter model to Donna.  Deadline for letter July 24.

The minutes from the May meeting were reviewed.  May minutes were accepted with correction.  Carol will update minutes and send to JCP President.

Donna passed out the June 14 minutes for review at the August meeting.

Treasurer’s Report:    Treasurer not in attendance – deferred to next meeting

Committee Reports

Carousel Day: Advertising completed.  Julie working on train insurance.  Advertise and “pin” Carousel Day to the JCP Facebook page.

Cruze-In 2017:  Discussion and agreement concerning 50/50 raffle.  It was stated and per law must to 18 years of age to sell tickets and to purchase tickets.

Main Street Promotion Plan– Discussion on selling T-shirts at the Jubilee

T-shirts sales

$219.15 from 21 shirts - Booster

Last Cruze - $$46 (raffle), $32.25 (t-shirts)

Street Sale - $75.75 (street sale), $60 (t-shirts)

CFJ Park Beautification – Rob - Motion to spend no more than $350 for bike rack.  Corinna - 2nd.  Motion Carried

New Business – Julie – Motion: Donna to work with Dai on Letter of Support regarding Johnson City grant.

Carol – 2nd.  Motion carried.

Next Meeting August 9th at 7pm.
