Meeting called to order at 7:06pm by Julie

Treasurer’s Report:
Checking account: $2088.23
Park savings account: $ 793.38
Revitalization savings: $ 159.76
Committee Reports
Membership:
Barb would like to resign. Julie moved that we put Barb’s resignation as membership committee on hold until August. Barb will gather her past membership information.
Carousel Day:
Concerns with Rotary and fair attendance. Discussion about the train ride. Julie to contact the train ride vendor.
Main Street:
Follow-up concerning Emily Jablon. Julie reported that, Emily has moved on and will not be doing street art on at business on Main Street.
JCP Opinion Survey-
- Carol will post the survey on our internet portals and send the link to JCP members for distribution.
- We will keep the survey open until September 22.
Cruze-Inz Report:
Corinna reported that food vendor Sticky Fingers will no longer be at the event.
Kettle Corn will not be at the August event (only).
It was decided that 3pm would be the call time in case it rained.
September Cruise raffle prizes for veterans are needed.
Corinna will contact artists to have “Live Music” added to the Cruze-Inz signs that are displayed on Main Street, the night of the event.
Discussion on sponsor ideas for 2019. Julie reported that Home Grown Giving may be a sponsor for 2019.
New Business -
- Boces may help with Main Street tree boxes in 2019.
- National Night Out – Firehouse Stage location, Marcia has a game at her house for kids, Carol will order some prizes from Oriental Trading.
- Julie motion to spend $50 from funds.
