Old Business: The United Way Day of Caring held on Sept. 13 th. 14 UHS staff volunteered at the event.
All targeted tree boxes were conditioned and received 2 mums each. Everyone enjoyed the event.
United Way would like us to participate next year by planning another project.

Several members attended the Pagoda Rededication Ceremony at CFJ Park. Thank you to Donna,
Marcia, and Corinna for furnishing the cake and water at the event. St. James students were well
received at the event.

Cruze-In: The Sept 19th Cruze-In in honor of Veterans was a huge success and was very well attended.

Consider offering a cake in honor of U.S. Veterans next year.

Window Wonderland did not receive the support needed by the My Town staff. We decided not to hold
the event in 2019.
