Fundraiser discussion
- Julie talked about Outback (booked through the year)
- Carol still checking on McDonald's
- Murder Mystery
- Bob brought up Puzzle Players at the Senior Center
- Having a chicken barbecue and bake sale also discussed
- Rummage sale
Liability insurance paid up through May 13, 2011 ($84.00 per quarter)
New Business:
Waiting to hear on grant from the Arts council - should be mid-February
Sent out letters to last year's sponsors of Carousel Day
Juried Arts and Crafts event to be new at Carousel days this year
Main St grant program updated from Bob and Marsha

Motion made by Bob 2nd by Bruce to make Johnson City Revitalization Program the official program name. Motion passed
