Old Business:

Fundraiser discussion

Liability insurance paid up through May 13, 2011 ($84.00 per quarter)

New Business:

Waiting to hear on grant from the Arts council - should be mid-February

Sent out letters to last year's sponsors of Carousel Day

Juried Arts and Crafts event to be new at Carousel days this year

Main St grant program updated from Bob and Marsha

Corrina discussed details and requirements needed for the tree program

Next meeting will be February 9th - Election of officers

Help needed with Johnson City Revitalization Program - gathering data, photos
